If you are looking for the most interesting, intriguing, engaging and intellectually stimulating sageuk drama, Six Flying Dragons is the drama for you. Even though I am only on episode 39, I can assure you that this drama is really great. A year ago, I was in a different place and time. I was not interested in watching it all. In fact, I started episode 1 because of all the hypes it received. No luck at all. I was bored and frustrated that I could not feel the excitement like others.
Circle was the most complicated drama I have seen this year. The reason I said it was that this drama was difficult to predict. Really drove me insane! I really could not piece out the puzzle until the last three episodes. Yeah, I think my brain was not able to keep up especially that in each episode, the story was told in two different years. The first 30 minutes focused on the present world while the last 30 minutes on the year 2037. It felt like watching two different stories in a drama. Thankfully, Orion and Drama Panda were available to explain exactly the story was.
If you are a We Got Married fan, I am sure you have no reservation in watching My Only Love Song. And if you are not, you will still enjoy this drama regardless. I just completed it and it was the best 10 hours of my time. What a juvenile show with plenty of humor, crazy romance, maniac villain, full of dorky moments, and lots and lots of cliches! Furthermore, My Only Love Song is a time travel rom-com concept drama where it takes the female lead back to sageuk time!
