If Cats Disappeared from the World
*coughs* to be honest, I did not watch this movie recently. I completely have forgotten to blog it due to my work travel. But for sure, I saw If Cats Disappeared from the World in one of my long flights. This movie was done well. Another slice of life drama directed and acted so perfectly. If you decide to watch it after reading this post, please get your tissue handy. This movie has a tragic ending. After months of suffering from headaches, Mr. Postman finally went to see a doctor. He was diagnosed with a brain cancer and has little time left. He was shocked by it and do not know what to do. A devil in a form of himself appeared before him. He told Mr. Postman that he could extend his life if only he gives up his precious belongings. The offer was tempting but giving up means losing certain memories with it. For example giving up on his cell phone. By doing so, all his memories with his ex-girlfriend will disappear as well. The story began interesting the minute he gave up his phone, his watch, and so forth. His decision affects everything. His relationships with his ex-girlfriend, his father, his mom, and his friend.
