Just Watched: Designated Survivor: 6o Days

Honestly, I never thought of falling for Designated Survivor: 60 Days this much. I never heard of the original one until I started this drama. I am considering now after being so engrossed with the Korean version. I don’t do political drama and when I do, it mostly sageuk kind. So it is refreshing to watch modern politics in a drama. I was on the fence starting it but got super addicted as soon as I started the first episode. Never would I thought I would love it so much. I just completed the last episode and A and I cried because of the ending. I am hoping that this show will get a second season. But will it?

Currently Watching: Angel’s Last Mission: Love

Well, do you want to know the truth? I started Angel’s Last Mission: Love because of L. I feel so shallow for saying that *laughs*. I really enjoyed him in Miss Hammurabi and I had a feeling that he would do well in Angel. I am not wrong! Well, I am not right, either. He still has a long way to go but I am content with what I got from him for now. His role as angel Kim Dan suits him, though. But pairing with Shin Hye Sun is a hit or miss. The problem is Hye Sun. She is not bad but not good either. But no matter how seasoned of an actress she is, she still could not perfect her facial expression. She is my broom #2 but at least she can act!

Currently Watching: Pretty Noona Buys Me Food

Yeah, I am here for Jung Hae In and Son Ye Jin. For the romance. For the heart flutter. For the cuteness. It is quite unusual for jTBC to produce a romance drama and I knew this is a must watch. At least it is for me. And this romance drama is a bit different than others. No cliches. No rich girl poor man OR rich man poor girl agenda here. The love is pure raw. The directing and acting are extremely balanced, casual and natural. They made this show with no Kdrama in mind. I like it.
